We regard quality and profits as the top priorities, and continues to carry out the "Year of Quality and Benefit" activity, with "promoting quality, increasing profit and reducing cost" as the core. We take the constitution as the carrier and uses "promoting safety, increasing profit and reducing cost" as the theme to carry out QC (quality control) team activities. By organizing training and theme exchange meetings, we encourage each employee to learn from each other and improve together, further promote the identification and control of quality risk, and strive to cover all products and services.

We adhere to the people-oriented concept and regards employees as our most valuable resources. We closely combine occupational health management with "family culture, pay attention to employees' physical and mental health, and implement occupational health education. We have carried out occupational health education, carry out prevention and control of occupational diseases in accordance with national standards, and continuously improve the workplace environment to provide employees with a healthy and safe working environment. We have carried out health promotion, held health education activities and focused on high-risk groups. In addition, we carry out the nation's expanding fitness program. We encourage employees to participate in the activity of "walking 10,000 steps a day". In order to improve the health awareness of our employees, we also help our employees to get the habit of regular physical examination.

We believe "safety first, prevention first", implement the national safety production requirements seriously by establishing the safety production responsibility system, carrying out safety quality training for employees at all levels, and carrying out hidden trouble investigation and safety hazard elimination continuously. We strengthen the management of major hazard sources and high-risk operations, establish "Safety Management Measures for Major Risk Operations" and carry out risk assessment. For high-risk operations, we make the risk operation plans, formulate specific prevention actions, and implement strict supervision during operation. We build the "Safety Risk Management Measures for the Whole Life Cycle of Construction Projects" to control critical points of large equipment & facilities in key construction projects.

We have been committed to creating an environmentally friendly enterprise, actively cooperate with local environmental protection departments to earnestly implement local environmental protection policy requirements and production emission standards. In response to the national environmental protection policy, we carry out clean production audit, environmental inspection post assessment, door-to-door risk assessment and VOCs (organic volatile matter) comprehensive management, and constantly improve our environmental protection management.
